The tech, Julian, was punctual and polite! Knew exactly what he was doing, and there was no gray area as to when he was going to arrive. Absolutely flawless service and an excellent experience. It was my Maytag washing machine that Needed repair and he had it done in record time. 10 out of 10!
I wish the phone technicians/ operators were as good as the technicians (Nick) but speaking to someone and then actually getting to speak was a feat in itself. The website wasn’t helpful ,couldn’t find out any new information.The technician was great! But please please do something about the operators!!!
Technician, Robert H. was AMAZING! Two of the four stabilizer rods were bent and replaced. The gear casing(I think) was damaged and was replaced. Robert was pleasant and professional!Service: Washing machine repair
