Terry is very good at what he does. He found every little knot I had and even had explanations of why for some of them. He massaged and stretched. He was excellent at communicating to make sure he wasn’t going too deep, etc. I will definitely be back and highly recommend him as long as you all don’t make him so busy no can’t get in:)
Had a massage with Terrence this past week, to say he did a great job is an understatement! He did a fantastic job finding trigger points and expertly used manual release techniques to decrease discomfort from SI joint dysfunction which has bothered me off and on for years. I highly recommend you take some time and TREAT yourself!
