Brandon just left my house and the ongoing AC has been properly diagnosed and repaired! I have a home warranty and they sent out a hvac contractor on 4/4/25. The contractor, who will remain nameless, trying not to be petty, came to my home 4 times! Yesterday my unit just died but the thing is, it's only 1 year and 6mos unit, installed in 2023!!! The guy came out at 630am this morning, opened the unit, said its electrical, said he had another appt at 8am and left me high and dry!!!! Our ac unit was overheating so I called here, well texted. Thwir website give you the option to receive texts instead of a call. This was very beneficial for me and my schedule.
They came out and looked everything over. Fixed it in about 2 hours and the tech was very professional and great to work with.
