Never have had an issue with them. Super easy to schedule bulk pickups and pretty cheap too! The people that are complaining in other reviews about the bins not being on the side or having the tops open are ridiculous. It takes two seconds to move a bin out of your way, these guys have a lot of houses to get to and I’m sure they do their best each time. We've had White Oak pick up our trash for over two years now. They've never missed a week! The guys running the truck are friendly, too. My only recommendation is for them to move the trash can further off the street after pickup. Cars rushing by at 55-60mph easily knock the empty can over.
Wanted to take a minute to say how much I appreciate White Oak. Someone put their trash in my bin overnight & I woke up to many maggots! Called them this morning, was told they would try to pick up today and will swap my bin out Mon after regular p/u. I just had the gentleman come get the old bin and left a clean one! Thank you so very much for the prompt, accommodating service! I was in panic mode and I truly appreciate you!
