MedLink Jefferson provides professional and caring service to its patients. The staff, including Dr. Mónick Crain, are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite, making patients feel like family. The doctor goes above and beyond to address concerns, and many issues can be treated in-house. Patients appreciate the excellent treatment and professionalism, as well as how the staff communicates and cares for their needs. The business is highly recommended, with patients praising the friendly atmosphere and efficient service, even during busy times like holidays.
I went for the first time this week to get bloodwork done with Dr. Mcelveen. Everybody in reception was great and very friendly. Dr. Mcelveen and the nurse who took my blood were great! They were both very authentic and personable. Also very professional and friendly. They treated me as an individual and not just another patient. I’ll definitely be using them again!
Got my flu shot today. It was very quick, easy, and painless. My primary care Dr. is also located here, and I would recommend this MedLink office to anyone needing medical care! 👍 Went in today with congested and a sore throat. Our nurse was very friendly and helpful. She took my vitals as well as giving me a flu and covid test. Next Charles came in and checked my throat and ears. Both tests came back negative. I feel like I got an excellent care here. Another great visit on Monday.
Dr Drew is fantastic and Listens to you!!! ( so important to us) Ms Lisa, wow where can I start...she is the best!! So full of joy , kindness and always listens to me talk and talk...lol. Absolutely Love her!!! Her and Drew are a blessing.
