I brought in a brand new item, expecting it to be returned in perfect condition. Instead, not only did my clothing come back with visible stains that weren’t there before, but the customer service was downright terrible when I addressed the issue. Rather than apologizing or offering to make it right, the staff acted dismissive and blamed me for the problem.

When you trust a dry cleaner, you expect professionalism, care, and attention to detail—this place offered none of those things. I will never be returning and recommend others look elsewhere if they value their clothing.

After noticing my husband's dress shirts were pressed but the collars still had a ring of dirt and deodorant under the arm. My husband chose to bring his shirts back himself to talk to the lady and ask for his shirts to actually get cleaned without charge. The lady tried to blame us and say many people try to wash the shirts themselves then bring it to us when they can't get the shirts clean. He then explained he just bought the shirts and only wore them once. She then said that I didn't specify that I wanted the shirt dry cleaned🤔. He said but it's a “Dry Cleaners. I left a red dress to be cleaned. I went back a week later and was told it wasn't ready. I went back one more week later and was told that I had picked the dress up already. The employee told me I was "confused" and refused to look for my dress. Very rude. And now I'm without my red dress.
