Tobey is wonderful. When my previous hair stylist had to retire to help take care of her family, I couldn't find anyone to do my hair like she did nor have the client Stylists chemistry. I was referred to Tobey through my aunt and uncle and I absolutely love her! She executes my hair exactly how I like it and she is just an amazing human. I will be a forever client ♡.
