My wife and I stopped by Open Roads in Jasper, GA while my truck was being serviced nearby. We had been thinking about trading up to a larger 5th wheel camper, so we took the opportunity to look around. From the beginning we found the staff there to be courteous, friendly, and interested in hearing what we wanted, as opposed to pushing what they had. Brian, John, and Lance were very patient, knowledgeable about the products and helpful with what we needed in an RV. Within a couple of days we had the camper we wanted at the price we wanted, and we’re very happy to have it at home now getting prepped for its inaugural trip in a couple of months. Thanks guys.
Wow! What can I say. I have never had such an easy and painless experience in my life. Everyone at Open Roads from Chase to Mike Lot were absolutely amazing. Mike was so down to earth and easy to talk to. Not a single person there had a foul attitude. I found the RV I wanted online and called and spoke to a someone to get it reserved with a deposit. This was because I was having to drive some distance to pick it up. The RV was already detailed and ready for us, all we needed to do is compete some paperwork and off we were. They offered to walk us through everything on the RV as well. We proceeded to use it immediately in Gulf Shores, AL and a few other spots....read full review
Brian was very easy to work with. He was patient and showed us multiple campers in 100 degree weather until we found the one that matched our criteria. We also worked with Chase to get the finance squared away. Both Chase and Brian were awesome! We appreciated the fact that neither men tried to pressure us into a purchase.
