Overall professional, over-the-top crew. They were timely, communicated well, and went above and beyond demoing and drying my basement after it flooded.The one star reduction is for what they billed my insurance… surely if you hired them privately they’d cut their fees at least by half. Personally, it just bothered me they billed $8k+ for a $3k at most job… not my problem or theirs I guess… but it’s evidence of a fundamental problem with insurance.
After a devastating electrical fire at our home in 2014, the best thing, besides having great insurance@Encompass, was to have Nivek handling our personal belongings and the re build of our entire house. We had the best team and customer service throughout the entire 1 year process. We were completely satisfied with the services we received from them. Their facilities and trucks are just as impressive as their services. From moving, cleaning, storing, building, they took care of everything, while taking care of us. The process was so much easier because of their efforts and knowledgeable staff.

This company does real quality work. When something happens and you need help removing water and fire problems, Nivek can help. Their equipment is new and crews are trained to support in an emergency. I trust them.
