As a Property Manager in Augusta, GA, overseeing homes across Grovetown, Augusta, Martinez and Evans, I cannot say enough about my experience with Global Restoration after Hurricane Helene devastated our area. When the storm hit, one of my properties had massive trees fall, crushing the backside of the home and a shed. In the midst of chaos, I reached out to Global Restoration, and because of our partnership, I was placed on their emergency response priority list. My step-parents recently had the pleasure of working with Global Restoration, led by the wonderful manager Sandy Minnes, after a burst water pipe flooded several rooms in their home. They (and I) can’t say enough about how impressed they are with their exceptional service. Sandy and her team handled the water mitigation process with incredible efficiency, quickly addressing the damage to prevent further issues. They then rebuilt the affected rooms, including the floors, walls, and cabinets, with such care and precision that everything looks flawless. The painting on the wood work is smooth as it was new. Global Restoration did an excellent job on my roof and gutter replacement, vinyl siding repairs, and window and window
screen replacement. They were all very courteous and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. I chose them because of a
recommendation from a friend. Their honesty, integrity, and ethical standards is what decided me to go with them. I slept
better at night knowing that my house repairs were going to be handled properly. I now have a beautiful home that I am
