I liked this office a year ago when I could see a nurse practitioner in person. Since then, they've switched my provider and the service is no longer adequate. I scheduled a telehealth appointment because when I scheduled a physical office visit they just make me talk to a screen. I've got concerns that I can't communicate through a screen, I need a physical exam. They never called me for the appointment and it's been days. When my provider found a cyst on my thyroid a few months ago, she said she'd refer me to an endocrinologist.
