They got me in and out fast for a washout, but the manager refused to let them splash my windshields with some water and Rain-X without charging me for an entire truck wash.

At the end I just asked them to throw some water on. It would have taken them 2 seconds but they want to charge the full price. Pretty greedy And I didn't have time to wait for an entire truck wash.

Wanna give props too the 3Rd shift crew at Jackson location , they done a phenomenal wash on my Peterbilt and Great Dane timpte reefer on 10/17/25 . I didn’t have any cash for a tip for them boys . I definitely bring my pocket loaded next time for them ! Thank you crew de yea on the flip side or next dirty pass thru !

Mr. Omar greeted me with respect and a HUGE smile at 0400 this morning. The crew diligently went to work making my rig shine. I drive for OnlyTucks LLC under Prime Inc and will definitely be back! Thanks Omar and crew!
