There was a small issue with the color I originally selected because it looked different once applied. The technician immediately offered alternatives and helped me find a better match. The customer service was excellent, and I ended up loving the final color even more.

I’ve been coming to The Nail Diva for about two years now, and I can’t recommend Victoria enough! She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly talented. She does beautiful hand-painted nail art designs and always makes my nails look perfect, whether I go for regular polish, gel, or fiber gel.

Her studio is clean, calm, and private since she only takes one client at a time, which makes the whole experience so relaxing. I also really appreciate how gentle and precise she is. I never have to worry about getting nicked or having too much callus removed during pedicures. She always gets everything smooth without overdoing it.

Not only do you receive excellent customer service from an amazing nail tech you get quality treatment and nails! Period! My nails were always thin and brittle and now they are super healthy thanks to the care and attention of Victoria!
