Terry Humphrey plumbing needs better communication. I purchased 2 toilets for them to install and afterwards I was told I got the wrong size for the stub out. I had to take them back and exchange them. Then the same thing happened with shower cut on/off handles. After I bought 2 of them I was told they had to both be Delta. After I went back and bought 2 Delta, then I was told 1 of them had to be Pfister. I feel like all this should have been communicated before I went shopping. Also after I hired them to do the plumbing for my entire house they tried to nickel and dime me by adding to what I owed at the end. And every time I had to take something back due to their lack of communication I would have to wait an entire week before they would come back. Which has made the entire job take months longer than expected.
