09/06/2022After my roadside service sent a tow truck that had to come from Monroe (I was near Homer, GA)that took a little over three hours to get to my location, he would not attempt to remove me from the very deep hole from where the covert collapsed under my truck. But Curt’s tow service came and had the same concern and stated that he didn’t want to cause major damage. But After the driver studied the situation he decided to go for it. He finessed the rear of my truck with the rollback bed to position it better and was able to pull it out of the deep hole caused by the collapsed covert that had been undermined by rain. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of my car (driven by my Son) towed. He was parked illegal in the road way. Anyways I was told the car was towed by ****** Towing. And again unfortunately I am not familiar with the area I am from Gwinnett . So I was worried, and already upset at the circumstances. Fortunately I was towed by a Professional Towing company with excellent service and customer service. Shout out to ********* who was not only understanding but the upmost professional when answering my many questions and getting me to their lot with ease and comfort. While there I met the Owner who was outstanding and a true professional. If you need a tow company in the area of ********************** ** area I strongly recommend using this Company, they are the definition of Professional.
My car was at a shop to be "fix" but months later hadn't been look at I kept calling to let them know that I was having the towing company come pick it up no answer one would answer or call back there website said they was open... curts towing worked with me they actually ended up going to the place where my car was three different times trying to catch them open" on business days and in between b open hours" so they could get in to the locked gate to get my car they stayed in contact with me and kept me informed they we're very understanding situation and very participated on getting my car towed to where I could actually get it fixed I could not have asked for better...read full review
