I’m so thankful for Chuck at Alpha Computers. He has handled every computer, iPad, and phone situation that we’ve had in our family. It’s comforting to know that he is so knowledgeable and available when we need him. I recommend him all the time!

Chuck knows computers and he knows customer service, I brought my sons gaming computer to him, he put more memory in it, we ordered a part, it came In on Saturday and they are not open on Saturday, Chuck sent me a message and met me at the store even though they were closed to make sure my son got his part so he could game over the weekend. Chuck is a webmaster and a master of customer service

Absolutely satisfied with Alpha computers, Chuck transferred my older laptop files and programs to a new laptop. Wow, seamless transition, I've tried Laplink and other programs which were about 50% effective. Thanks, you saved me hours of frustrating time spent putting my new Laptop into service.
