My 2015 iMac died a slow beach ball spinning death one morning. I did not want to take it an Apple Store for their hard sell to replace it and how they couldn’t fix an old computer. I was so pleased when a Google search turned up Alpha Computer Repair in nearby Holly Springs. I called after 3 but Chuck said to bring my iMac by that afternoon. It turned out that the hard drive was dying but Chuck reassured me it was a common problem and an easy replacement. A few days later I came by for the repaired iMac and Chuck helped me get the new IOS and basic software set back up. It was an iMac saving job at a fair price in an excellent time frame. I was so pleased with the helpful service and highly recommend Alpha Computer Repair.

Chuck did a great job fixing and updating my computer and did it quickly and a totally fair price. Highly recommend.
