Exceptional service is an understatement. These guys are the real deal. They go above and beyond. Honest, professional, caring, local. The team promptly responded to our water issue on a weekend, assessed the situation thoroughly, and tackled the problem with efficiency and expertise. They were down to earth and took time to educate me and my husband on what to expect. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of water damage restoration. Although I hope not to have water damage again, in the event it recurs, they will be our first call.
This is a family owned business who really cares about their work and their clients. If you’re not satisfied they will go out of their way to make it right. They did great work and I would absolutely use them again.
I cannot say enough about Patriot Restoration. They are honest. In this time, sadly, that is the highest compliment. This is our second time needing water remediation in less than 2.5 years. This occasion we had over an inch deep of water in most of the basement. The fact that some spots were dry showed that our basement is not as level as we thought. Anyway, the previous occasion where we saw hints of water through cracks in the floorboard saw ServPro coming in, ripping up the floor and leaving the equipment for 3-4 days.
