I cannot say enough great things about the team at this office. After my accident I received treatment from the team at this location. EVERYONE in there cares about the patient. Erica was so accommodating to my last minute schedule changes….when I say last minute, I’m talking about I was sitting in traffic and my GPS changed from 20 minute arrival time to 45 minutes. Erica didn’t have an attitude, she just told me to get there safely. Dr. Tim explains all the medical concerns so that I could understand what I was facing and looking at on the XRays and MRIs which put my mind at ease. I was in so much pain and could not find a chiropractor to adjust me. Not only did i get a same day appointment, but i was able to walk out of the practice upright and in less pain. By the next morning i had little to no pain and was able to do simple things like rolling over in bed. Im thankful for Optium Health!!!

After a vehicle accident, I was assigned to Optimum Health and Rehab by my Attorney Office and the staff from the front (Erica and Brianna) to Dr Tim were extremely professional where they greet you with a smile, courtesy and professionalism.
