They were informed that all appointments were booked, but became irritated and made false claims about the staff. Other customers have had positive experiences. One was able to get an appointment quickly on a Sunday and received great service for their manicure and pedicure. They appreciated the polite and timely, yet unhurried, service. They also received an eyebrow wax upon request. Another customer walked in on a Sunday and was pleased with the nice service and quick pedicure. They recommend making appointments, especially on Sundays. Overall, Nails & Toes is a great salon for those seeking nail and toe services.
This is the only place I will get me nails and toe done. The ladies are friendly and professional. Appointments are not necessary but are highly recommended if you don't want to wait a while. The lady (SD) who left a negative review on 5/12/24, did not state the facts as they happened. She requested a pedicure when she first arrived. She then asked for a manicure while in the pedicure chair and was informed that everyone had appointments coming in so they would not be able to accommodate her. She then became irritated and announced to everyone in the salon and several ladies outside that the worker was rude and had forgotten about her manicure.
Jessina is the absolute best nail tech! I call and make an appointment and I have never had to wait once (unless I arrived before my scheduled appointment). She has done wonders on my cuticles since my first visit to now. My nails have never broken once or chipped since switching to Jessina. I go an average of 8+ weeks between fill ins (don’t judge, I know that is about time) lol!!
I called and asked if they do walk-ins, they said yes. When I arrived, they said that the person who could do my nails would not be there for 35 to 45 minutes. I was being proactive in my call due to using a walkerThey could have saved me the drive.
