I came in because I saw the good reviews and nice work. Susu gave wonderful service and had so much patience as I was indecisive on the design for my nails. They have a lot of options.
Glad I found KB Nails in Hiram. The new owner cares about her customers. The salon is very clean, a non-negotiable for me. I like that it's a smaller salon so the space is calm and relaxing. Transparent pricing, they tell you upfront the cost, honesty is a beautiful thing. They have a large selection of new colors and I got a gorgeous cat-eye that I absolutely love. I will be back.
This nail salon is absolutely amazing. It is clean and well organized. Susu is absolutely awesome. She cares about her clients and offers recommendations to get the best out of your service. She is kind and welcoming. I love the outcome of the service. I'll definitely be back.
