Unfortunately my hard drive had fried but he was able to insert a new hard drive into my laptop and now I have a viable practically new computer to go forward with unfortunately unless I wish to invest a lot of money and data recovery I probably have lost all my stuff I have a few things backed up so it's okay
Craig at MCG did a fantastic job! He was super knowlegdable, listened to our needs and concerns, and went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! Totally reccommend him for all your computer needs!
