I brought my two new kittens to Hartwell Animal Hospital for their first visit and everything was great! The staff and Dr. Keifer are all so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Keifer is very thorough and knowledgeable! They answered all of my questions and concerns. Booking an appointment is super easy and you can almost always get in fairly quickly. I love their app, it makes it very easy to see everything your pet needs or has coming up, and it is an easy way to schedule appointments! They are reasonably priced and provide a multitude of services!

I brought my dog in for what I thought was an ear infection. They treated her and provided quality service. They kept me informed with every step and procedure. It was indeed an ear infection and they treated it in the office and sent us home with antibiotics. This was our second time there and I am highly impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. All the staff is kind and so compassionate.
