Ryan has worked on my old AC unit twice now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. What stands out is that he never dismisses the unit because of its age. He is consistently professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on time, and efficient! When I have questions, Ryan takes the time to answer them and explain what's going on. His expertise and customer service are outstanding. B&C is lucky to have him on their team. Making appointments with the office staff, A++.
