We bought a house with a pool in the area not long ago and needed to find a new pool company. I always read the reviews before i go anywhere, but I have to say the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable, helpful, nice, and polite. I took a sample of water in and she did a test on it and told me exactly what to do and to bring another sample back after doing everything and she would see where the pool is at as far as chemicals. 1 visit is all it took for me to know this is my permanent pool store.update:I took the sample back and she told me what I needed to do again and so I bought the stuff and it worked great. Well this was the year to decide to enjoy our backyard and get a pool, Terrell’s Pool came recommended from a friend that had gotten one from them . They sell, finance and install!! Process for ordering and getting financed was quick , we did have some communication hiccups about install date , due to COVID-19 delays and weather. But it was all worth it when this Family owned and operated company (even installation) was completed . It's a small business with a limited staff. They offer quality products and will help answer any question. It's a good location and I always like to support local small businesses. They have helped me and my pool for years.
