On April 11th, I paid Cesar $350 for mulch. He requested that I pay the money in advance for him to buy the materials. It is June 15th and he has stopped answering my text messages. I’ve been more than patient through equipment repairs, delays due to weather, and his scheduling and this is how my yard looks.

Cesar Rico Cortez stole $2000 from me in February. I brought a truck from him, that he was supposed to deliver to my home in South Carolina. After 10 months of phone tag, I was blocked on Facebook and his phone. Sadly my money was never returned nor was this truck ever delivered. Anyone that does business with this is a fool.
