Outstanding, above & beyond service performed by these pros. Our A/C unit failed on our 2011 30' Class A motorhome during our journey from Northeast Ohio to Disney. We overnighted in Valdosta. Our A/C unit would not start when we arrived so, after a quick internet search, we found them online. A quick call & we were on our way to their facility that morning. Some quick diagnostics revealed that the 15-year old A/C unit had the coolant tubing rotted & broke, leaving the coolant spread over the roof. They had a new 15k unit installed in a couple hours and we were on our way. The new unit performed flawlessly for the remainder of the trip.
We stored our Airstream trailer and Ram 2500 at Valdosta RV while we were stationed in Japan for three years, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
Everyone at Valdosta RV was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. When we returned, both our trailer and truck were in excellent condition—clean, well cared for, and exactly as we had hoped. They even arranged to have the trailer’s tires replaced and the truck’s oil changed before we picked everything up, which made our return much easier.
The pricing was fair, the service was outstanding, and the staff proved themselves to be trustworthy and dependable. I recommend… read full review
