“Hurricane Idalia crossed into South Georgia on 8/30/23. My mom owns a house in Lakeland, GA and was in Kentucky with us at the time thankfully! Wind speeds recorded in Lakeland were 100mph plus. We have friends and neighbors that reported to us of damage to my mom's roof on 9/1/23 when it was safe for them to do so. I reached out to my moms insurance company immediately and with the weekend and labor day holiday things never got rolling on the insurance side until 9/5/23. I reached out to James the owner of Bryant Roofing on 9/6/23 to ask questions about how things worked with insurance and getting her roof taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and professional answering my questions. I felt quite at ease after speaking with him being unfamiliar with how the whole process worked. He took the time to explain it to me, and assured me him and his team would stand with is through the entire process. Due to my work schedule the soonest I could get down there was on 9/12/23. We sat up our appointment to meet the insurance adjuster at this time, and James sent his own representative Justin who was very knowledgeable, and introduced himself over the phone prior to our meeting. Justin showed up timely before the adjuster got there, and explained his experience and his routine with the adjuster. The insurance adjuster showed up and did try to haggle some, but Justin was very knowledgeable and was able to show the insurance adjuster things he tried to overlook. We headed back to Kentucky the same night 9/12/23, and before we got home the insurance adjuster called us to let us know my mom was approved for a full roof replacement. Without Bryant Roofings knowledgeable team I truly believe they would've tried to shuffle us off to the side without covering the damage. Bryant Roofing and their staff truly stood up for us, and I could not be more appreciative especially with the stress of living out of state throughout the process. Within 2 weeks with scheduling, and being overwhelmed with customers from the storm my mom's roof was replaced. Absolutely outstanding!!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ for James, Justin, and their entire crew!!! Highly recommended!!! One call does it all...“
