I bought an item. Unfortunately it didn't work. I sent them a message as soon as I find out wouldn't work. They didn't hesitate a moment in assuring me that they would either replace it or give me an in-store credit. When I returned the item they were very friendly very helpful and gave me the in-store credit just like they said they would. I went back the next day purchased another item and it works perfectly!!! I'm a VERY satisfied customer who will be back!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks!!!
