Came in for blood work at 8:30. Was told tech was late and would be a few minutes. Checked back after 45 minutes waiting and was told tech was updating my computer info, just a few minutes more. Checked after another 15 minutes, still entering my info in computer just a few more minutes!!
I was serviced at this establishment this week and I was very pleased with the time it took from check in to check out. Ladies were professional and respectful of my privacy. Thank you
I suggest choosing a CVS Minute Clinic or ER depending on your situation. There will be a higher standard for clinical assessment skills and more incentive to resolve the patient's complaint before sending them away.
