Wonderful. In the past it was always so hot even with the ac on. Since I’ve come back the area is nice and cool. Adrain and Maddie are the best. Help me picking out lotions and unlocking the door on bed 1 when it locks and can’t get out. Everyone is very outstanding.
Everyone is so friendly, professional, efficient and fast about getting their customers into a bed and on their way. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and their well-being. The facility is always clean and I’ve only had to wait for a bed once or twice for a very short time. Which is no big deal, as the staff chat with you while you wait. :)
They’re very personable and even remember you by name no matter how difficult your name might be (like mine lol).
I have been a PBT customer for over 15yrs & I love it here! Jenn in Grovetown has been my fav since she started. Always so kind and helpful. She has patience when it gets busy and always smiling.
