Everyone is so friendly, professional, efficient and fast about getting their customers into a bed and on their way. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and their well-being. The facility is always clean and I’ve only had to wait for a bed once or twice for a very short time. Which is no big deal, as the staff chat with you while you wait. :)
They’re very personable and even remember you by name no matter how difficult your name might be (like mine lol).
I have been a PBT customer for over 15yrs & I love it here! Jenn in Grovetown has been my fav since she started. Always so kind and helpful. She has patience when it gets busy and always smiling.
Palm Beach Tan has always been my go to, but I've recently changed to the Grovetown store and they have been amazing! There is someone always there to greet you, the shop and beds are super clean, and everyone is incredibly nice! Jenn is almost always here when I come in. She is always super helpful, but she's also very knowledgeable of the tanning process, as well as the products!
