My AC went out today and it was 90 degrees in our household. The technician that has been out here twice in the last week is very knowledgeable , answered all my questions and both times had the issue repaired in a very short period of time.
I called Frost Heating and Cooling today because my AC had stopped functioning, and we are in the middle of a heat wave. Alex, the serviceman who was assigned to the job, called to let me know he was on his way. Based on what I told him over the phone, he said that it was probably the thermostat. When he arrived, he checked the system thoroughly and replaced the thermostat. Throughout the whole visit, he was cheerful, upbeat, and friendly. Very easy to talk to.
