Front desk staff is incredibly unprofessional and the way she talked about the patients as if they were just a paycheck is ridiculous. I've been around medical professionals my entire life and the etiquette is disgusting. No wonder this place is full of 1 stars.
was admitted on 3/30 in the ER ,had to stay for like 4 days. staff and nurses were extremely nice. jessie,lisa, olivia,and hannah were very nice and helpful. loved them. they definitely deserve a raise 10/10 staff
Since we got here the service was 10/10. I was a little lost in the parking lot and a staff member offered me a ride to where I needed to be. The time wait was fast, they offered me a warm blanket and a coffee while I waited. Everyone was really patient and kind, the nurse service was the best too even though I don’t speak good English she was patient.
