First time using our roadside assistance with our insurance company. They sent out Twisted Hook and Tra with the Pink truck was our driver. Very professional and kind. Made a very stressful situation with my daughter”s car much calmer, which was appreciated. Highly recommend his services.

Called tow in. The driver was there in 20 mins or maybe less. I belive his name was Josh. He was in a wheel lift and came to us at the waffle house in Hampton. He was a nice guy, had our vehicle loaded and home all in less than an hour. Very pleased for sure! Thank you!!
