Over the years I have used 3 different companies for tree trimming. Southern Tree Solutions is by far the best. I called them and Perry came out, reviewed our work and gave us an estimate. We accepted it and he told us exactly what to expect. We scheduled a time. The workers arrived on time, reviewed the work order with us and did the work. They reviewed everything done and made sure we were completely satisfied with the job. There cleanup was outstanding, the yard looked better then when they arrived. The communication and service level exceeded my expectations. The work crew was professional, well prepared, and fast! They completed the work quickly and the clean up was thorough. I would use their service again.
Huge shoutout to Southern Tree Solutions! We could not be happier with the work they did for us. They were quick, easy to work with, very professional, and got the job done with no hassle.
What really stood out was their customer service. While we already had another crew out mulching trees, we realized we needed one more tree cut at the last minute — and Southern Tree Solutions came right back out and took care of it for us. That kind of service means a lot!
