This was my first time at the salon. I was nervous I have recently moved to Georgia in September I was not happy with the salon and hair stylist I first chose and to visit, so as I said nervous. I booked my appointment with Emily. I have to say Emily was fantastic. She made me feel welcome. Spoke to me about what I wanted done with my hair. She really listened and took her time. She did amazing with my color and cut. Salon has a great atmosphere and I highly recommend rhis Salon. Great customer experience.
The salon itself is open and airy. Jessica does my haircut and I couldn’t be happier. I laughingly say my hair is opinionated- cowlicks, growth pattern- meaning it must have a very good cut to give it shape and manageability. Jessica has worked with me to find the cut that is easy to maintain and flattering. I had been going to a well known salon in Atlanta and spent a lot of time traveling and paying for their prestige name. Jill Joseph salon is better and much more convenient.
I have been dealing with thinning all over for years begining 2019 .. completely destroyed my self confidence this whole time i was ready to shave my head and wig it out ..I reached out to Kaylee about extensions and she recommended keratin tips...went this am for my appt and I walked out " feelin myself " again. She did an amazing job and was as super knowledgeable in explaining upkeep. She performed magic on the color and style and i am so happy and grateful I put my hair issues inher hands !!
