The worst part of Great Clips business model is their inability to take reservations by phone . Attempted to schedule an appointment for my wife 2 days in advance and was informed that Great Clips does not take appointments.Wake up Great Clips and accommodate the ones of us who are technology challenged. Make a change to get this right.

I give 2 of the ladies that work in there five stars the only reason I give the store 3 stars is they work those 2 ladies half to death for almost nothing. I have my two favorite people that I let cut my hair there but please tip properly which means at least 30% because they get tips. The only advice I would give is find a good stylist and stick with her, if you mess up and let just anyone cut your hair more than likely you'll need to get it fixed by someone else the next day or if you're bold right then.
