Daniel came out the same day I called and fixed my issue. It was thankfully an easy fix, and he could have rushed through it and on to the next job but he was extremely thorough in explaining the HVAC system to me and what to look for in the future and how to best maintain the system. I appreciate the time he took with me. Definitely call him whenever you want someone who is going to do the job right and explain why he’s doing what he’s doing.
First time dealing with Comfort HVAC. They delivered Great concept, with customer service above and beyond, courteous staff especially Jordon. Technician was Empathetic, respectful and professional. I was informed and kept updated with every step and setbacks. 100% approved LOVE THEM!!!!!
Techs were very nice and took the time to look beyond the ac for the problem. Between bad weather and the truck breaking down, dispatch did a great job of keeping me notified and made a request to postpone if possible. They were very easy to work with and quick to reschedule. (They were coming on the day of the bad weather, when the truck broke down. Someone was here the next day)
Edit: They still have a great review. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. The other tech and a trainee came out. He was concerned about having to be called back out, so he did research on his own time and because our AC had a different size item than what was in there, it was heating up...read full review
