All the folks at Cleveland Carpets have been exceptional. Jeremy, our sales rep, coordinated our purchase, installation and even assisted our installers, Josh and Will, with completing our installation. All three were very professional, timely and pleasant to work with. They moved our furniture and replaced it once the job was finished. They left our home very clean, removing all the remnants, old carpet and pad as well as insuring no old staples were left behind in the flooring. We are very, very pleased with their results and the new carpet is beautiful. I would highly recommend Jeremy for sales and Josh and Will as installers.

Vinyl plank flooring was installed in my kitchen by Nick and Josh and I am so happy with the finished product. The flooring made my kitchen so beautiful it actually blended in nicely with my cupboards. The entire staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. They are simply the best.

We just had LVP installed in our kitchen and bath by Josh and Will from Cleveland Carpets and Flooring. They both did a great job and worked very hard to be sure the flooring was installed to our satisfaction. They were also very professional, and we enjoyed having them in our home. We highly recommend Cleveland Carpets and Flooring, Will and Josh for their outstanding work!
