Overall a very positive experience for a procedure I have delayed. The employees made every aspect of my colonoscopy easy and straightforward. Communication was clear as were pre-procedure instructions. Jessie was warm and direct and allowed me to voice concerns and relayed all information clearly. My anesthesiologist, Jon, took his time with my troublesome IV placement and was patient and careful. Dr. Kajani…well, I was unconscious for the most part of our interaction, but he was polite and let me know what I needed to know when all was done. I will definitely return here, but hopefully not for another ten years, LOL.
Everyone was great from check in with Leah, pre op and recovery with Rebecca. The tech Tracy was great, anesthesia with Joel and procedure with Dr Khalid was great. Dr Khalid was already recommended by a friend.
The best I have had during the years. Everyone was fulfilling their job duties with perfection. My doctor, Baldwin, and anesthesia, Markus were the best. I believe this is my last one due to age. The experience was the best.
