Incredibly easy approval and closing process. We got a loan to acquire a piece of land that we will be building on. It took about 30 days to close, the rate was competitive, process was very straightforward. Kenny Hutto was excellent to deal with, as was everyone we interacted with. I only wish they did construction and permanent loans for our home.
Kenneth Hutto made my farm loan process smooth and easy! He made sure to communicate with me in every step of the process. He said we would close in 1 month and we closed almost exactly 1 month later. I will do more business with Ag South in the future!
I like AgSouth and how fast they respond to my inquiries on my account. One of the best things is that I do not have to talk to a stupid computer prompt when I have a single question, I just call the local office and I talk to my representative. Their online systems are good as well easy to navigate and use. Also my local representative Ricky is always willing to help and gives me advise to help with my farming needs.
