My visit was excellent. The Eye Doctor and staff are awesome!. The only issue I have is: I was not told if I need new glasses and or contacts at the visit. I currently use both, but my Rx will be out of date next month. I left the office, and had great info about my eye issues but the topic of new glasses/contacts was not mentioned, and I forgot to ask for new Prescriptions. Do I need new Rx? Please let me know. First time visiting as our previous provider stopped accepting our vision insurance and we wanted to keep our vision care local. The practice is conveniently located off Linger Longer Road. I was very happy with the team from the moment I stepped inside the office. Dr. Ficek has a wonderful chair side manner, she explained what she was doing throughout the appointment, and took time to answer my questions.

This office has been my best experience yet with getting my eye exam and contact prescription fulfilled. Dr. Ficek was thorough, extremely knowledgeable and communicated my issues well. Thank you ! Highly recommend !
