We had a great experience working with Braswell Construction to replace our 20+ year old roof. Chris Gaugler helped educate us on the many improvements occurring over that time in roofing materials and installation processes. The Braswell quote was extremely comprehensive and competitive, and Chris diligently answered every question we posed. Braswell's long history in the Lake Oconee area, the Owens Corning shingle Chris recommended, and the Owens Corning Platinum warranty played a big part in our final decision. The installation team showed up on time, got straight to work, and was careful not to affect landscaping, HVAC units, etc. Michelle in the Braswell office handled the post-install process for invoicing and warranty registration quickly. We have already referred Braswell to neighbors and friends and highly suggest they be considered if you are considering a roof replacement.
Chris and Braswell team worked with me over the last year as I was litigating with an insurance company. Sorry Insurance company won. We were recommended Braswell for a roofing refresh in conjunction with the sale of our home by our realtor. Brian Braswell set us up with the roof maintenance package to meet our buyers requests. The roof maintenance package took care of the damaged shingles, nail pops and pipe boots that came up in our inspection. They were able to schedule quickly to keep our closing on time. The repair tech arrived early to make sure he was ready to work when it came time. So easy to work with Brian. His communication was quick and answered any question that came up in the process. I enjoyed working with his so much and would absolutely use Braswell again for repairs or full replacement.
