Affinity is the best. They always come promptly if I need help and get the problem taken care of efficiently and fast. They make an extra effort to find the best most economical solution and their staff from pool maintenance and technical support are excellent. And coordinating all that and being the voice of affinity on the phone and text is Ciara. She responds right away even on weekends and gets the problem taken care of by the right people. She makes dealing with them a pleasure. As I say, they are the best.
We Love our pool by Affinity Outdoor Living!! They accomplished EVERYTHING we asked and more. They built exactly what my husband and I designed and it’s a pool that we enjoy with our family and friends without any regrets, complaints or worries (in terms of function and practicality). It’s as perfect as a pool could be in my opinion.
Jacob and Fero were the BEST at communicating and making it all happen.
