Brenda at the Grayson Location was awesome. Prior to this visit I received an email to update my payment information but when I arrived the gentleman said I couldn’t and had to pay full price. When I called customer service they said I couldn’t. Today I returned and Brenda made it work. If I had another set of hands I’d give her four thumbs up. The only other thing I will say is that the mat cleaner never work

When I first joined Zips the young men not only directed me in but also said hello, pushed in my side mirrors and sprayed the front and back of the car. For the last 3 months the they have not greeted me, sprayed the car or pushed in the mirrors. They apparently don't watch what is going on in their detailing area. The last time I was there someone has taken all the cloths set out for the day and customers were told there were no more for the day.
