“We hired Jay and his crew at Tru Quality Roofing to replace our roof. From the very beginning we felt that jay really cared about our project and he loved what he does. His knowledge and experience was on display. Jay set a date to start. The day he planned to start was overcast and I was sure he would reschedule but he didn't. “Jordan was outstanding through the whole process of getting a new roof! I had several leaks in the roof and had a hard time getting State Farm to cover the full replacement. They kept giving partial repairs. Jordan kept coming out, marking the roof the day before, and getting up there to take pictures and show that I was in need for a full replacement. After 7 months of going back and forth with State Farm, Jordan was able to get it fully covered!

The crew was there early and worked very hard to get the job done in one day. The final product looks fantastic! Jake was great on the day of the install. He oversaw the project and made sure everything was handled properly and left our house spotless of any debris or nails.

“Having Westbrook install a new roof on my home was surprisingly stress free, Todd Chalfant the owner came out and walked us step by step through the process.A new shingle roof should never be installed over the old shingle meaning the old shingle had to be torn off , ugh!! Westbrook went through Great lengths to protect my landscaping, tarps completely surrounded my Home, items that needed to be removed for protection were moved or covered. The clean up was spotless and very meticulous, it was apparent the crew Westbrook used has worked with him a long time as everything was organized. Todd the owner was constantly on the roof to detect anything that could potentially be a problem, rotten decking, adequate fasteners from original construction etc. There were a couple problem areas that he corrected and did not try and “upcharge” me. Everything was done as previously discussed and written in our contract and a few additional to boot! They were there on time, worked very hard, they do not work fast but they are continuous and steady!
