Jeremy has done a very thorough job the last 2 visits since he became our new pest guy. It’s real easy to take shortcuts when you don’t report to the office and no one is there to oversee your work. I watched him long enough to know he does not take short cuts and clearly takes pride in his work. He has earned my trust and I’d like him to be recognized.

I’m not sure the team member’s name but Massey arrived quickly after I told them a squirrel ran into my house. It turned out to be a chipmunk but they were able to catch it and release it back outside safely!

We have Massey Services for our home and could not be Happier. Call Massey and visited with them about a few insect concerns, within two days they had a young man (TYSON) arrive at our home to address the problem. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about services and products. Tyson is a true asset to Massey and their Customers.. He gets 10 stars.
