Awesome experience. Was able to get out to the house quickly and get me the report back fast. Loved working with Bill and the Inspection wizards team. Very thorough and really good at explaining things that they found, and explaining it in terms I understand. Bill is also a structural engineer, so he was able to give me advice on items that may be grandfathered in (Like a deck), but if I wanted to sure things up he walked me through how to bring things up to code in a more affordable fashion than just hiring someone. I could go on and on about how happy I was with the experience. Will be hiring them again to review the fixes as well.
