My technician- Wes was great. Super friendly and professional. So happy they were able to come out same day to check on my AC. Only thing I didn’t like was hearing that it’s time for a new unit.

Provided troubleshooting and suggestions and paid my inspection fee with cash of $100. Although the fee was $89 I didn't have change and just tip him for his quick response. Sam did a great job and cost was higher than expected but much better than an offer 3 years ago from a highly advertised company with a 2 1/2 ton replacement . 3 years ago was $1200 higher than today's quote for less and less warranty. This overall is a good price offer but it does pay to compare all aspects of a total replacement. Btw the highly advertised company worker was young and aggressive using high pressure to buy offering doom and gloom tactics. Mine is still working after 3 years...read full review
