B&B Trailers of Savannah is the best!! I'll never take my Trailers to anyone one else.I have a 7×12 enclosed trailer that I thought couldn't be repaired. I dropped my trailer off went back home pulled in driveway .B&B called the nice young lady at the desk said the welder needs to talk to you sir.I said O'boy ? they can't fix it .So I pulled up to the shop Cody came out and said I did a full inspection on your trailer and found these issues. I was like ok .Cody also said sir I can fix it for you. That was music to my ears. Two days later I just picked up my trailer.when I say I'm the happiest man in America B&B Trailers made me so happy. I was traveling from Maine to SW Florida when I ran over a deer in the road. This incident bent both axels and busted a tire on the trailer I was towing. I did a google search and found B&B Trailers of Savannah. I called around noon time, even though their add states they close at 1:30 on Fridays. I spoke to Rachel who said she would send someone right out to take a look. Cody promptly arrived, took a few measurements, and said he would be right back and get me on the road. They did not have the axels I needed in stock so they took the time to build them. A bit later, Cody and Patrick came back with the axels and tire and made all the needed repairs. I needed a hub replaced on a 32’ enclosed cargo trailer and had no idea where to look to get that done. I did a quick Google search and found B&B. They were quick to answer the phone, pleasant, knowledgeable, and FAST with my repair. I called at about 9AM and it was finished before Noon with no mess and courteous technicians. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish and I would happily recommend them to anyone.
